MACISTE®, manual cleaning filter for drinking water with a special STAINLESS steel filter mesh which, in the event of clogging, thanks to the unique design of the internal cartridgeprevents the water pressure from breaking through the filter, putting previously captured impurities back into circulation. The special filter cartridge was designed to resist pressure shocks, eliminating the problem of deformation and crushing. Mechanical filtration using a cartridge with 90 µm porosity suitable for filtering water from small quantities of sand, oxidisation flakes, coarse material etc..., up to a grain size of 100 µm. Fully inspectable and washable internal components. Integrated drain cock with opening lever and hose adaptor. Installation on straight pipes permitted. Opening wrench included. Materials: CW617N brass body, polyamide bowl, AISI 304 stainless steel filter cartridge and peroxide EPDM seals. Maximum recommended flow rate: TBD. Maximum pressure 12 bar. Operating temperatures 5-30°C. Attachments available ½” - ¾” and 1”.
