Description

DirtOUT™ Compact is a double filtering magnetic dirt separator which, thanks to a patented design, preserves the system and keeps it healthy, combining a long-lasting and effective protective action with reduced dimensions and ease of installation. Its qualities are widely appreciated in under-boiler applications thank to its compact size.

  • Supplied with swivel connection fitting and ball valve
  • Technopolymer body
  • AISI 304 stainless steel filter cartridge
  • Elastomer hydraulic seals
  • Threaded connections MF UNI-EN-ISO 228
  • Max. working pressure: 3 bar
  • Max. operating temperature: 0÷90 °C
  • Neodymium magnet B = 12000 gauss
  • Filtration degree: 800 µm

Specification

DirtOUT™ Compact magnetic dirt separator filter: large chamber to maximize the slowdown and settling of debris; removal of ferrous particles by neodymium bar magnet, magnetic field 12000 G; mechanical filtration by cartridge with 800 μm porosity. Fully inspectable and washable internal components. Drain cock with opening lever and cap. “T” fitting for pipe connection in different directions. Installation on horizontal and vertical lines allowed, filtering in all positions. Materials: body PA66 + 30% FV; filter cartridge in AISI 304 stainless steel; seals in peroxide-cured EPDM. Compatible fluids: water; water + glycol max 50%. Maximum recommended flow: TBD. Maximum pressure: 3 bar. Operating temperatures: 0-90 ° C.
