Condensing boilers are widespread for their installation simplicity and their high efficiency. This efficiency primarily derives from the possibility to recover the energy contained in the flue gases, which condense before being expelled. This condensation, however, is extremely acid and therefore dangerous for the piping system and the environment: the solution is to neutralize it upstream of the discharge. By installing Acid X® VENT downstream of the boiler, the condensate flows through a neutralizing agent which softens the fluid and allows its safe discharge.
